Australian Shipping:

We offer Free Express shipping Australia wide, or Free local pickup from Bright. Just pick which option you prefer when checking out. 

International Shipping:

We also ship worldwide!
Standard International Shipping is a AUD $20 flat rate, and usually takes 1-3 weeks. Express International is AUD $45 and usually takes 3-6 business days. If you select a Country other than Australia, shipping will automatically be updated at check out.

Exchanges:

Its absolutely fine to change your mind, send your shoes back, and as long as they are in 'as new' condition we will return your money less actual shipping cost. If you need another size sent out, please return with a pre-paid, self addressed bag, and your new pair will be shipped asap.

Refunds:

While these shoes are bomb proof, we have a great warranty process for your piece of mind. Generally we will just ask for a photo of the damage and we will send you out a new pair of shoes as soon as possible, who wants to wait for the back and forth when you need to be out running!

Any suspected faults in a product are assessed individually, and anything deemed not to be normal and reasonable wear and tear will be replaced and shipped at no cost to the customer.
