The AMAS2 is a slightly lighter version of the IRock 2, often preferred by those running or racing in shorter distances (think of it as being similar to a racing flat), and performs spectacularly on slick rocky conditions.
The outsole is made form the same Butyl Rubber as the IRock, providing amazing grip on the toughest terrain.
This shoe has a 4mm drop, and both heel and forefoot cushioning. The stable non-stretch upper material make it very durable.
The AMAS2 is the narrowest shoe in the VJ range, so if you have a narrow foot it is the perfect shoe to support your feet, and avoid excessive movement and rubbing that can result in blisters in a shoe too large for you.
Concentrate on your performance and just relax allowing the shoes to follow.
